oh my god i use golden curry too! i luuuv japanese curry. i buy my golden curry from wal-mart i use onions,potatoes,and carrots. ITS YUMMY :D

That is such a good recipe, I would probably do this same thing for beef stew minus the curry seasoning of course. I love curry. The Hon Dashi (sp?) Dashi I use for miso it's like a fish spice is the Hon Dashi a fish or spicy seasoning?
