@lightbulb84 That's a total "hipster" way of thinking and it is wrong. If you love M83 as much as the rest of us do; you'd spread the gospel and let everyone know how brilliant they really are. Yes, their music hits a personal note in almost ALL of their fans, but that doesn't make them OUR OWN. They belong to the masses and if they get caught up in the bright lights and fame, so be it...They'll still be an awesome band.

I like that I took my friends to the Vancouver show last night night and I was the only one out of 10 that knew who they were. They were blown away, but I think they are as good as they are because it is still about the music.

first of all guys its not"they" b/c the only one in the "group" now is A. G. The other guy left and it was after the other guy left that A.G. went on a more ambient/shoegaze with digital shaded vol. 2 and then the rest is history. In my opinion I like it more :D even though I must admit Dead Cities/Red seas/lost ghosts was a good album
