I would say that this video could be weather balloons especially with the blinking red light but if it is continuously being seen then its poss it could be something more.

its almost like theres a line running from each light all meeting at the red beacon. Like the red light is lower than the 3 white/blue ones. Looks like its hanging maybe? This vid is badass very clear footage!

The same thing was filmed in Copacabana, Brazil generally at the same time. The other clip is also on You Tube. Another viewer (i.e.,Mohrphaeus) found the same film from a Google search.
hmm, if it was a baloon, wouldnt they need a power source in the balloon? but if it was an alien or something, why dont they just come to us and show us they exist? jeez people just chill out, its probably a prank or something
I live in Pasco county, you are all IDIOTS, this is a hot air balloon, they go up here every weekend, usually early morning, but when it is dark they have 3+ lights around the top of the balloon, allowing the "flyer" to see the ground. The "red flashing light" in the center is of course the "cooker" that heats up the air inside the balloon in order for it to rise as hot air naturally does. IDIOTS!!!

The lights remain in a perfect coorodinal system and balloons would not do that due to aerodynamic properties. (ie. they could float away from one another due to wind etc.) Try it yourself. Balloons would only to that if they are attached to one another by a rigid body such as stiff rod.

Wow! Great Find! Same Object/Ship. My "Very Down To Earth" Father spotted one of these, along with several other witness's in Macon Ga. around 1973. (Near Warner Robbins AFB) It hovered directly over a parking lot in a commercial complex, before shooting straight up. Having some experiance with flight avionics in 1979 at Kaiser Electronics on the then classified F-18 computer systems (6 layer motherboards were a big deal back then) I am pretty sure they are not ours.
Folks that really want to see these things up close need to come up with some kind of night vision goggles that has a zoom with video. would be cool, bet our MIC has them!

very true. UFO does not mean it comes from aliens. Most of the time these could be aircrafts designed by the government in secret societies or inside the Area 51 Air Base for test runs. It seems to me it could be made from the government because of the light patterns similar to normal aircrafts.. 3 lights and a beeping red light. Usual UFOs from outside of our planet usually have a unique lighting and fly WAYY much faster then that aircraft.

This is a "TR-3B" secret plane. The shape is similar to the lights on the angular parts of the craft. This is not a UFO.
