Isa (Muslim Jesus) holds many contrary beliefs to the Biblical accounts of Jesus, which in theology, the Biblical accounts are much more reasonable and plausible. In which Isa was created to further more justify themselves, and disclaim Jesus as Lord in which he is.

Your right when you say he was 100% humanly like us. This proves that a due and exact sacrifice was needed to reconcile man to God. He was God, in which became flesh
