i live in usa and every morning i got up n i think of making some indian breakfast or lunch.First think comes up in my mind is switch on the computer n look for recipe n chef sanjay always inspired me to cook on his vedio and he become my cook book.lol...thanks chef.
sanjay i was a busy mother for the last 7 years, never had time to learn to cook. When i cooked on my own my father and husband humbly request me not to cook. After trying your recipes they praise me like nothing. I am so happy. May almighty allah bless u. thx a lot
hi sanjay, i luv the way you teach. the thing i like is that you do not keep secrets and formulas with you. I could see you were smiling while grating.. anyways., Can i blend all the vegitable instead of grating and mixing.
Great job you are doing, I am in Switzerland, and i could keep lots of stuff by watching your videos.
Also, I would suggest, whenever your speak out the ingredients in english also tell the hindi name of the spices and ingredients.
the chef raced through the ingredients for someone unfamiliar with the cuisine to understand what he was saying and the lack of subtitles at critical moments only added to the general sense of discomforture.
you make every dish look so simple after watching your i want to try all the dishes i watch from your site i already tried samosa, pani puri they turned out great thanks oh yes and i already put 2 dollars in vah re vah cup. your cooking is simply amazing i never liked cooking very much but now i want to try all of the dishes on your sitand i thank you for that
Aw man...our man Sanjay, you are one awesome cook :) Thats why I call you my Elvis of cooking! Thats a title I honour you with my friend...thanks so much for all the recipes. Its made a great cook outta me. Thankyou and God Bless :)
Thank you for your wonderful videos. The outtakes are great, the recipes are great, and you are entertaining and educational! Do you work as a chef/own a restaurant in Chicago area somewhere that we could visit, if we were in the area?

For those who don't eat dairy products, can you substitute the paneer with tofu? If so, should one use regular, firm, or extra firm?

was the banana plantain green before you boil it or it was ripe already?

great recipe!
I tried it in diferent ways, changing spices and vegetables
first time it didn´t had good consistency and everything fell apart when I fried it
I used some flour to help me in next attempts...
if your goal is to inspire us in our kitchens,
you´re doing a perfect job!
thanx again chef!

I think he makes it too complicated. You can reduce some spices.
Kebab mostly has taste due to roasted daal and spices. Texture etc just add some looks.
Anyhow, his recipes are still simpler than others.
