  • i live in usa and every morning i got up n i think of making some indian breakfast or lunch.First think comes up in my mind is switch on the computer n look for recipe n chef sanjay always inspired me to cook on his vedio and he become my cook book.lol...thanks chef.

  • hi sanjay, i luv the way you teach. the thing i like is that you do not keep secrets and formulas with you. I could see you were smiling while grating.. anyways., Can i blend all the vegitable instead of grating and mixing.

    Great job you are doing, I am in Switzerland, and i could keep lots of stuff by watching your videos.

    Also, I would suggest, whenever your speak out the ingredients in english also tell the hindi name of the spices and ingredients.

  • the chef raced through the ingredients for someone unfamiliar with the cuisine to understand what he was saying and the lack of subtitles at critical moments only added to the general sense of discomforture.

    I tried it in diferent ways, changing spices and vegetables

    first time it didn´t had good consistency and everything fell apart when I fried it

    I used some flour to help me in next attempts...

    u can find in indian shop

    some ppl call it feta cheese but itz diff

    dont use feta cheese

  • I think he makes it too complicated. You can reduce some spices.

    Kebab mostly has taste due to roasted daal and spices. Texture etc just add some looks.

    Anyhow, his recipes are still simpler than others.
