It all starts with management, most managers at retail stores for example are ass to the employees, so by not being friendly with your own employees your already creating a poor environment for your employees. Most company's don't realize that it starts with the management team. You can't just tell your employees oh be kind be friendly, and you as a manager are not kind and friendly to your own employees. I see it every day , you need a strong foundation to build a house.

Hi I filmed this for kerrie and she does speak clearly but the camera microphone seemed to slur peoples voices on every video I took on it. I have since brought a new camera and her voice is now clear.
