It says, NASA evidence of photo tampering and then it shows Clementine pictures!! Clementine wasn't a NASA project but a military venture. I don't think NASA are in on this.

If you look at high resolution pictures of the Moon surface you will find fuzzy dark concentrated areas, smudge regions, that clearly looklike shapes that don't match the rest of the Moon surface.

Looks like to me that they are covering something up.

There should be no fuzzy, smudge areas in any pictures of the Moon, there is no fog or water vapor; according to NASA the Moon has no atmosphere or are they lying about that?

Pictures with fuzzy dark areas, smudged regions, and weird dark shapes and surfaces isn't enough proof to make any point. Also, you don't have the originals in your possession to validate a cover up.

Besides, anyone could have photo-shopped and made it seem like smudged out structures.

Lastly, Nasa could have just taken pictures of an area devoid of structure anyway not needing to blur out in the first place, so the exact reason for blurs contradicts a cover up.

You will find the same fuzzy smudge areas; once again no water vapor on Mars, so no fog.
