i went into after effects,and put the clip over my footage. changed the blending mode to add, and then i just mostion tracked my scope and rendered.

@JuggleBot1 you do the same thing as his 3d motion tracking tutorial but instead of bringing the clip to cinema 4d you bring it into after effects. after effects makes its own null object for you. then you type the text and drag that little pick whip thing from the text to the null object :p (then change the size)

@J5nas you mean to create the 2d elements? they are actual videos of real fire against a black background. you can generate fire in some 3d programmes though. i'd reccomend looking up some DpiT plants + effex tutorials to create fire in cinema4d, i only used it briefly but you can use it to make reasonably realistic custom fire.
