the tax is way more expensive for bikes there,also the ensurance is way more expensive

no. during the combustion process, sometimes fuel which doesn get burned up comes out the exhaust, but due to the design of the exhaust and header the fuel burns up on exit of the exhaust. this is common during the down shifting.

Not saying you're wrong, but what is the basis of your claim? I've never fitted Akrapovic on my bike so I don't know. I know they're nice, but what makes them best? I need all the info I can get since on my 2008, I want to fit something different than what I have now (Hamaguchi full ti).
