As a foreigner (thus somewhat neutral :p) I am truly baffled and even alarmed about the fact that around a third of the US actually wanted this woman as their vice-president.
I can not imagine anyone with proper knowledge of politics and world affairs to take this person seriously. Not even republicans. Obama would know alot more about getting things done in Washington through the years he spend as a US senator. George W. Obama is crystal clear on his intend, as are Biden and McCain. Failure to clarify policy, means no policy. And if she can't even survive simple interviews, then don't even bother having her negiotiate peace in Gaza or Iran's nuclear programs. It's not about Obama being qualified, it's about Palin being unqualified.

Actually if you look at the states that voted blue and red, you can clearly see the ones voting for Obama have the highest incomes, highest numbers of educated people, best health care. The only exception is Texas, but its slowly been shifting towards the Dems. By 2016, it will be a blue state.
