Record company execs. do not sit in a boardroom & write Requiems for their artists. The last thing they want is a dead act. Producer Max Martin was one of the writers. It's not a mysogynistic song. It's about the consequences & subsequent regret of a bad choice & in no way does it objectify women. :)

BSB spent years trying to get a record deal and when they did they worked hard to the top first preforming in europe making a name for themselfs then coming back to north america then the world. bieber, kasha, lady gaga, could you call any of them real singers? their over night pop stars. were told that their popular, cool and to like them.
