That was not a kill. That was a wound followed by a wound. You only had a white indicator.

@Greataardvark That's correct but....5.56 ball ammo at that range will definitely tumble on impact creating a huge exit wound so without a medic, they are history anyway. :)

That's one of the reasons why the US Army switched to the smaller .223 ammo, closely followed by the Russian's with their 5.45mm round which has an even greater tumbling effect but now I'm digressing.

@B0SS330 Aye our SA80 fucks people up in Afghan m8. If you it them in the leg it rolls up their leg. Squaddies have been reporting their targets as being hit and rolling around a lot before being pulled away by their m8. Personally I like our new marksman rifle in 7.62. More stopping power. Not sure who makes it though.

@GFK1994 US Army mainly use the M4 these days, the Rangers have adopted the SCAR-H (7.62) and the I believe the Marines are getting the SCAR-L (5.56).
