I agree with CaliGal. Mine's different packaging as well, but it's by Urban Decay. You can get it from Sephora. The colors inside are called Snatch, Mildew, Flash, Painkiller, Smog and Toasted :)

(: what i believe is fonaminal is the lash blast by cover girl and you take the mascara and twist and pull out insted of brushing and it actually extends and adds a few extra millameters of cote on the tips of your lashes making them look longer and fuller (: <3 just some advice.
