I commend this guy, every time we see a city worker or government employee doing something wrong we should video tape it and complain about it, especially if it's police!

I believe that is boro park, so why dont he go around and film all the illegal things the residents that live there do and get them to be held by the same standard as others? You can't complain if you do not take any action!
