This is a good film, one of Jet Li's finest as far as I'm concerned. No wires, no flying through the sky no speeding up. Just real, fast fighting and a good storyline.

I agree with you CrispinFlora. When I first watched the film, I was so impressed with how the fight scenes were done courtesy of Jet Li and his long time fight choreographer, Corey Yuen. Together, they made all the fight sequences even more spectacular.

...and yes whoever choreographed the fight scene knew his stuff pretty well, but it gets better if the actors that will execute them have what it takes to do them right too! What I didn't know then that no matter what kung fu form does one excel in --it's still designed on how fast you can get to someone's throat to finish 'em off!!! and so in reality, as Jet Li had said, fight doesn't really last no more than 10 seconds-and Wham!! one is down, or dead!!! Scary stuff.
