very true on an individual scale, but there are small genetic factors as well whose effect can be perceived over large populations and long time spans, sexual differences are in part a dynamic state (feedback loop) where behavior and genetics mutually affect each other as seen in various types of animals, which might be why women have (relatively developed) breasts in the first place instead of relatively flat chests like most female mammals.

I think homo sapiens are inclined to like ass due to the hip size being improtant for the health of a baby being born, i am not sure about breats, maybe it resembles ass? I don't think men are completely inclined to like breasts due to culture but i think it contributes a lot.

My answer would be because men like just about every part of a woman. I do agree that being more fascinated with breasts than the rest of their body is cultural but I'm sure guys still like breasts even if they don't have a fetish for them..

I'm male and also part of a very sex positive community. At parties it is not uncommon for girls (and guys) to go topless or even be completely nude. Since it is part of the culture of the community, breasts really aren't the main interest. People are often complimented on how beautiful they look, but the comments are fairly universal for males/females, big/small, short/tall, etc. Breasts are sexual in an evolutionary context, but their current level of 'sexual power' is due to cultural hype.

@ItsMoriashkiBitches I suppose it's okay for anyone of any gender to kiss/make out with anyone as long as they both consent and the person holding the party is okay with it. But you're far more likely to see snuggling or stroking with consent (most people are friends if they've been part of the community for any period of time). People can have sex if it's okay with the host, but that's most often done privately and between couples or close friends.

Some its cultural but part of it I think it is related with with our natural evolution. I think most males are attracked by certain features of the female body that tell us the reproductive value that she has, the same way females are attracted by males that possess good social skills and status within their environment because that represents more reproductive value and more chances of raising a child without danger. Meanwhile the context of in which we define "value" may be shaped by culture.
