I've got one of those gas boats -- a 51" job but I run it in rough water in Lake George NY. 3-5" waves makes these babies fly and zip across the water like you wouldn't believe!!...Much more fun then calm water you're running on. I've jumped my boat at least 10' off a boat wake!

How bigs the prop on your boat?

If I get time to finish it up I put a new carb on it big bore and velocity stack as well as a wet tuned exhaust I need to put a heat shield on the back of the boat around where the exhaust exits run a new throttle cable and put new fuel lines on it. I just havent had time yet this summer
