It is a well known fact that neolithic people survived with meat during winter, just like Inuit does. The answer to both questions is yes, and there is no contradiction in that. Just like 'my grandfather smoked and lived to 94' doesn't mean that there is no connection between smoking and the occurence of lung cancer. If you can't grasp that, I can't help it.
