hi, should i do this everyday and when should i change to another class, i am thinking in using your method because i am not very flexible and the way you teach can make me start liking yoga. or should i follow a diferent class for each day. thank you.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this video - i had heard ad nauseum from my friends about yoga and tried it several times only to give up. These poses were easy, yet have sustained me for months as I do them every single morning of my life. I ordered two videos from you, because I really liked your approach. Thanks for posting this for all of us who have become discouraged by our earlier attempts.
The information is really good, but this video is far too choppy to follow as a session. It stops, starts, and sometimes just cuts off in the middle of a sentence. I understand the need for editing, but the way this has been edited just doesn't flow well at all. I would love to see the same sequence show in a studio uninterrupted.

@drazesin Yes, doing simple yoga poses can help loosen your body so that it is not so stiff. Definitely check with your doctor to ensure that you know any poses that might cause you injury. Just remember take it one step at a time. Yoga in small doses can do wonders for your body, mind and soul!

Hello - My knowledge on tai chi is little. This Yoga routine moves quickly, so II would do this Yoga routine first, then the tai chi, and last ... the massage. Hope that answers your question. You will know once you try it all out. Let me know!

This video is so lovely for breathing. Do you recommend stretches for increasing flexibility. I practise Jujitsu and kickboxing and would like to gain some stretches from your program. Any short clips on youtube.

Yes, you are right. This was the very first video we produced... and I tried to edit a 30 minute video (or DVD) into 10 minute yoga sequence. Wish I could redo this 10 minute clip for you...but it seems to get quite a few hits as is. Please check my other Yoga video clips which are a bit smoother. Thanks for watching and for your comments. am i supposed to be out of breath 3/4 of the way through?? i can barely get through calf and cow! and i'm embarrassed to say i struggled through this yesterday and today i'm kinda sore. i was hoping that this would relax me.

Love this video. My doc recommended easy yoga for my back because i had a spine surgery about 3 years ago. this was very easy, not hard at all and made me really relaxed
I've never done any yoga before and though I consider myself quite inflexible I was able to do these exercises and felt wonderfully relaxed afterwards. I think I will carry on now and hopefully improve my posture and back ache!

For stretching the shoulders try Eagle pose... Also Down dog is great for stretching both the back and the hips.
