I am on ambien now, and my brothers have to watch me for about 2 hrs after i take the dose incase i dont do anything crazy.

ive been told ive been seen outside cleaning the yard, at 3 in the morning, cooking random foods, eating everything in the fridge, and calling random people.

my girlfriend told me i was telling her how I 'just got off a airplane cruise and now im looking for a stripper in the rio grande river" LOL

Yeah, for me I can't just take the ambien and then go to bed. I need to take the pill, do my regular shit, and then it starts to kick in. I think if I just jump into bed and "wait" for it to kick it, I'm actually making it take a lot longer to kick in. But I've been on it every night for 2 1/2 years, I don't trip out anymore, but does get me to sleep. I just pray there aren't any future side effects. Because I have chronic insomnia as a result of anxiety/depression.
