To the esteemed Congressman, It is only a tax on behaviors that are detrimental to our planets health.

It should also be mentioned that there will be a massive influx of new jobs created by alternative energy sources.

Being short sighted in this case will have irreversible effects. We can't afford to simply say, "It will be too hard to adapt". We our the most innovative country in the world, lets use that! If your state is relying on coal for 96% of its energy you should be ashamed. Adapt!

@JerinWoW I'm sick and tired of the U.S. basing legislative action on the voodoo science of chicken littles in the "green" movement and their insane ideology. The global warming crowed has already been caught lying through thier teeth and now all Americans are supposed to lock-step to these miserable, village idiots. Cap in trade is nothing more than a swindle by another name with the sole purpose of raising taxes by any means possible.
