  • Whoever plays Natalie is a really lazy vocalist.

  • Comment removed

  • her voice is too womanly

  • see i think the "love you as much as i (they) can" hurts much more when it comes from dianna, which is why i'm glad they gave her that line.

  • Thanks so much for sharing! Anya Singleton's a great singer, and her take on the song is really lovely.

  • was there a henry in feeling electric?

  • I don't think so

  • I heard there was a character for henry nicknamed Tweak who was a sleezy guy. I don't know 100% though.

  • Anya Singleton was the original daughter and is the one singing this song with Ben Schrader

  • is that henry singing what is now dianas part?

  • she does have to leave the show at some point if the show runs long lol. She cant stay with it for years and years, I mean she could but its really unlikely

  • I love this show... but I don't think it'll last long enough for her to leave. I mean, I REALLY HOPE it sticks around, but we all know how shows go on broadway.

"People come and go so quickly around here"

  • I think it will :)

It really connects with the audience. I think its the next WICKED, I mean I dont think it will be a million dollar a week kinda show but when WICKED oepened people thought it would flop and when it lost best Musical at the Tony's everyone thought it would flop by the end of the summer but the grosses just kept on climbing up and up and now look at it lol. I think N2N has a good 3 year run at least

  • @degeorgetitanic actually Billy Elliot is the next Wicked while N2N is the next Avenue Q. Billy Elliot is the musical that should stay in the million-dollar-a-week show category, but Next to Normal is ORIGINAL, UNIQUE, and IN NEW YORK FOR A REASON!

  • @david88441 really? I thought Avenue Q was a wannabe for some South Park...I guess we all have OPINIONS...see I can write in caps too

  • @david88441 Billy Elliot is closing soon so I guess it's not the next Wicked heh

  • who is singing this?

  • She did some of the later workshops but I'm pretty sure at this point it was Sherie

  • After Alice leaves the production I have Sheri René Scott reprises Diana on Broadway. It would be amazing to hear when she could bring to the finished product. Since she was there at the beginning.(Although I know it's highly unlikely)

  • Norbert and Sherie together again? Amazing

  • who sings the part that Diana sings ussually is it Gabe?

I know he sings the last part with her but who is singing the 'you know thats not true?"

  • in this, it's Gabe, I'm pretty sure, because of the way he is talking about the parents as "they"

    Diana usually sings this

  • Pheobe Strole and Skylar Astin were both in the 2006 workshop of this show and then later that year were both in Spring Awakening with Jen Damiano as a swing. Small world, huh?

  • I know Mary Faber was attached at some point...dunno if this is her...don't think it is.

  • Does anyone know who is singing this version? It doesn't sound like Annaleigh Ashford and it certainly isn't Jennifer Damiano.

  • Most definetly NOT Annaleigh.

    No clueee who. :|

  • this is the cast from what i found

Norbert Leo Butz (Dan Brown), Sherie Rene Scott (Diana Brown), Benjamin Schrader (Son/Gabriel), Anya Singleton (Natalie Brown), Greg Naughton (Dr. Madden)

  • I saw this at the end of Christmas break it was FANTASTIC! but the actual cast was better than this version

  • I just saw the play like 3 weeks ago. LOVED IT!

  • i love this song!!! :)
