Robel0 Im only a 5'6 white dude and I have the ability to dunk in live games. Everybody could dunk, you simply need to follow the right training program. I personally used the 1 at (50-inch-vertical[dot]com) however any workout is fine if they have been proven to work which many are not unfortunately...
obviously Vinsanity never lived up to be the next Michael Jordan...but damn these rookie highlights remind me of MJ's rookie year so much...the announcers freakin out at every MJ reverse layup.. VC is the shit. idc if he didnt live up to his MJ potentioal..u cant jus put that potentioal on someone haha but he did turn out to be the greatest highlight machine/dunker of all time imo.
Robel0 I mean if I, can dunk, then anyone can, I am just 5'9 no lie! Basically be dedicated to a working jump system like the one I am following 50 inch vertical (dot) com, it'll increase your leaping ability and your first step in basketball.
Vince Carter= The definition of talent without heart and work ethic. The funny thing about Vince Carter is the way people use injuries as the only excuse for his career's decline. The truth is that Vince Carter can still do things that 90% of the NBA can't do- stuff that someone like Kobe can't do. But Kobe is a beast. Because he has just has the "it" factor. I remember back when Shaq was the best player in the league and Kobe and Vince were the most popular. Only Kobe took it to another level.
@meddmawamm Vince has the heart, just check all the game winning shots and dunk's he's had. What he lacks is the will. Kenny Smith says that to be a great player you need 3 things: the athleticism, the fundamentals, and the will. MJ had insane amounts of all three. Vince has the athleticism and the fundamentals what he has always lacked is the will - the will to take his game to the championship level.
Robel0 shit, I gained over 14 inches on my jump by completing the training system at (50 inch vertical [dot] com). now being outrebounded is the least thing I have to worry about in a game finally, heh
Robel0 but if I, am able to dunk, then anyone can. I'm only 5 7 no joke! Simply just follow a real system like the one over at (50 inch vertical [dot] com), it'll help to increase your jump/rebounding and your basketball skills.
Robel0 you play ball? you have to check this out - | 50 inch vertical [dot] com | - It's a unique training program that will make sure you begin dunking and you don t even need to go to the local gym , it's optional!
Yo Robel0, if you {want|would like|wish|really want} to develop in basketball, you have got to start {following|sticking with} #RANDSETa {real|actual|genuine|authentic|serious|proper|legit} # workout plan. I used the famous training course here at 50 inch vertical (dot) com. I haven t even told this to my high school teammates yet lol
Robel0 If you play basketball, you need to see this - (50 inch vertical [dot] com). You must take a look! I m 5 9 and started dunking just after 2 months of the program!
Overall, I actually think he had a better career than TMac, and now he is definitely better. I think that the only thing that really separated Kobe is his work ethic. But, that is a big one if you want to be great....
I often wonder, what would have happened if Vince REALLY tried? Something or someone in T.O. took the wind out of his sails making his version of mediocre more astounding than even some of the best - trying hard. The day Vince Left Toronto was the day I stopped being a raptors fan. The day Vince left New Jersey, I stopped being a Nets fan, the day Vinsanity landed in Orlando...you get the picture.
Robel0, yo that's sick. this is directly from a guy who s 5 5 but do windmill dunks. I followed the nba training program at 50inch vertical[dot]com and gained more than 14 inches on my vertical.
Yes, and injuries doean't apply to Vince not fulfilling his potential. He never really had a major injury that's a risk to his health. His injuries are just from his playing style. Not trying is what held him back.
Not trying? Idk what you're smoking but he tried plenty. You're just focusing on the negatives of what in reality is quite an amazing career.
He's on of the most consistent players I can think of in the last 10 years, and he's definitely a play maker / momentum shifter... so yea I don't see what other potential he really has to fill.
You don't get to choose your own team in the NBA, and 1 man isn't going to will his team to the finals. Things are a lot different now that he's with Orlando.
Yes, not trying. Have you seen VC's athleticism? Have you notcied that he's equally athletic as Michael Jordan? Have you also noticed that VC is a poor defender, or that he admitted to not trying with the Raptors? With VC's potential, he could have been top 10 of all time.
Well disregrading his statement that he didn't try as a Raptor, look where he took them, NOT trying. He took them way far with a much crappier roster than someone of Bosh than today. Bosh can't even lead the team past the 1st round.
Yes, VC has wasted his potential, but even not trying, he is god damn amazing.
Ypu just proved my point and agreed with me. What is the point in replying in the first place And you do know VC couldn't even win it all with Kidd and Jefferson, right? Kidd carried his team to the Finals twice, and then VC comes, and they're nowhere as close.
"Yes, VC has wasted his potential, but even not trying, he is god damn amazing. "
re-read that statement a couple times. then you'll understand?
And if you noticed, with a great big man, it takes less pressure off other wing players. When VC got there, K-Mart was already gone. And yes, 1 player can make all the difference especially when he can finish and get into the paint constantly. When VC arrived, who the hell did they have? Kristic? Collins?..
I understand that statement. You're saying that even with unfulfilled potential, he's still amazing. Great, but what does that have to do with me? I said VC didn't fulfill his potential because he didn't try. I never said anything about VC not being good.
ur the 1 person who i havent had to explain this to in the comment section of a vince carter video lol vince carter has had an average/horrible supporting cast for his entire career until this year with the magic...give vc a shaq or gasol in his first 10 years and hed have 4 championships too maybe more lol
@sauce556 Definitely. Give VC the same supporting cast as Kobe has had, and guarantee you, VC would have had a ring in his sophmore year and years to come.
He'll probably retire a Magic, but for now, this is the best supporting cast he has ever had in his 11/12 year career.
@Aquazon94 seriously huh?? he was fckin amazing as a rookie. i pondered this too. every game was incredible when vince came out. he may not be explosive like this anymore but he's still my favorite player of all time, besides jordan of course. and i'm with zJudge, best dunker and in-game dunker of all time.
yinka dare creates some of the best highlight videos around. most of these videos were made before the likes of youtube where user created videos boomed
seriously....what the fuck is this....how the hell does a man who is already 6'8 get this much dam bunnies? this is like illegal or somethin, everytime he dunks i think its a video edit dunk theres no fuckin way man vince is the man
Orlando got vince, lakers got artest, cavs got shaq, spurs got rich, celts got sheed, this season will really separate the teams that want a ring and the teams that want money.
Nah man Crawford is a great player where he is the main ball handelr and first scoring option and not the 2nd scoring option in the hawks i wouldent be surprised if he starts on the bench becasue hes a two guard and so is joe johnson so idk im not hating on the hawks but im a warrior fan and i saw how crawford shot us out of games really quick y do u think nelly didnt want him on the team so much that he traded for two bench warmers
haha so true, i dont think he will start either, i mean for who would he start over? joe johnson is their franchise player hes not goin anywhere, he cant take josh smith place....hes most likely a 6th maybe 7th man for hawks and wont b a factor at the least
vince could have been the best if he only had determination. He had the body for it, the hops, the shot, the quickness, but didnt always give 110 percent
this guy really did have potential to be considered up there with where kobe is now if no drama came into his career. the fact is he would of been happier in a bigger basketball market with a stable organization and he woulda never lost motivation the way he did in toronto.
Do keep in mind that the NBA player Yinka dare is not the maker of this mix, it's just a guy who took the name Yinka Dare as mixer. Also, this is pure old school mixing: Only clips and music, and for the music, it's rap, gangsta rap.
A lot of people don't realize that he has become a shooter and ball facillitator that slashes sparingly. The main reason why he has changed his game so much is that he wants to avoid injury. Also guards who rely on their athleticism rapidly decline as the climb into their 30's. It also doesn't help when in pressure situations he is mentally soft and is less aggressive than his other star guard counterparts.
Yinka Dare? Yinka Dare made this???? It was such a sight to see him go 3 1/2 seasons without an assist! I would always boo those people that would miss after Yinka gave them the ball haha
No question on my mind Vince could've been one of the greatest basketballers ever. I mean seriously, he almost single handily won against 76ers in 2000. Half man-half lazy. What a shame.
look in my eyes vince is as talented as kobe or wade but what gives him negative media attention now in days were his comparasings of MJ early in his career. VC is a sure hall of famer but would be one of the best players ever had those comparisings never happened i meen look at his career averages just a few points away from kobe and in othe stats is better
Carter takes too many bad shots and is selfish, but when he dunks, its amazing. I agree with BUTTOn89 he is a showman/entertainer and people think of him as a superstar because of his dunks.
hes basically a showman/entertainer, he lacks heart and determation, and biggest of all he blames everybody around him for losses and mistakes, in my eyes he will never add up be a superstar even, hes just another guy who can jump.
VC was one of the greatest athletes ever to grace a basketball court. He had unbeliveable hops allowing him to dunk viciously over anyone(and I mean everyone) in the NBA.
But...The guy just wasn't a leader or a great competitor. He admitted to not giving it all in Toronto. He'll likely never win a title because of that. He was just another selfish superstar, something the NBA has tried to seperate itself from.
was this made by yinka dare the player for real or was it an impostor?

vince could have been the best if he only had determination. He had the body for it, the hops, the shot, the quickness, but didnt always give 110 percent

Obi226 3 years ago
and Carter was better player than Kobe at Carter's prime when he had 27 points per game
Obi226 3 years ago
omg
rompetexos 3 years ago 2
this guy really did have potential to be considered up there with where kobe is now if no drama came into his career. the fact is he would of been happier in a bigger basketball market with a stable organization and he woulda never lost motivation the way he did in toronto.

Oakley644 3 years ago
He is the one that starting amateur mixmaking, he's like THE goat in mixing
And he's also a retired nba player
NBAfan231 3 years ago
ooo k thanks
Oakley644 3 years ago

GFl1ve 3 years ago
I agree. He has the same amount of talent as someone like kobe bryant or t-mac.
Raford146 3 years ago 2
look in my eyes vince is as talented as kobe or wade but what gives him negative media attention now in days were his comparasings of MJ early in his career. VC is a sure hall of famer but would be one of the best players ever had those comparisings never happened i meen look at his career averages just a few points away from kobe and in othe stats is better

Carter takes too many bad shots and is selfish, but when he dunks, its amazing. I agree with BUTTOn89 he is a showman/entertainer and people think of him as a superstar because of his dunks.

this is wu tang's rumble
guttaville 3 years ago
hes basically a showman/entertainer, he lacks heart and determation, and biggest of all he blames everybody around him for losses and mistakes, in my eyes he will never add up be a superstar even, hes just another guy who can jump.
BUTTON89 3 years ago
whatever..i think Carter is a star becuz he also has scoring ability..
SMango23 3 years ago
oh dont get me wrong he can score but he doesnt make big time plays in post season and such, and in my eyes if u aint clutch u aint a superstar
BUTTON89 3 years ago
you say was like his career is over he still has about 5 years left he can change

Listen here's the thing:
VC was one of the greatest athletes ever to grace a basketball court. He had unbeliveable hops allowing him to dunk viciously over anyone(and I mean everyone) in the NBA.
But...The guy just wasn't a leader or a great competitor. He admitted to not giving it all in Toronto. He'll likely never win a title because of that. He was just another selfish superstar, something the NBA has tried to seperate itself from.
