Talking about poker strategy, Phil Ivey as one of the best players in the world mentions the word "depends" like one hundred times. That shows that you can't play poker by just sticking to certain starting-hand-charts or other general stuff. I guess you can't really "learn" to play poker by reading books or articles. You just have to have it in you like Ivey does.

Poker is beatable if you put the work in. I make money playing online and in casinos and have for years because I play within my bankroll. The fact that you even reference the "final table" shows that you most likely don't even know the difference between a tournament and a cash game.
