C is a rating of a battery's ability to discharge quickly and at high current.

C x Capacity of the battery will give you it's maximum safe discharge rate (current delivering potential.)

The battery in the video is a 6600 mah (6.6 amp) battery with 20C sustained rate of discharge, 40C burst. So that battery has a safe discharge rate of 20 x 6.6 = 132 amps with short bursts up to 264 amps. Going beyond these C ratings will shorten the life of the battery considerably if not destroy it.
