@mikemyerz666 One of the greatest teams in terms of scouting that has ever existed. Truly impressive. They also never force 1st or 2nd round picks into the mix. Everyone is treated like a 4th or 5th round pick and has to play in the AHL and work their way up...they may only finally make the NHL when they're 25 or so...but they're way more prepared because of it. The Red Wings management is just smart. Plain and simple. Def not a fav team of mine, but you can't front on their scouting ability.
