  • I want an update to this house and project.

  • disgusting

  • Fixing up houses must be your passion, because there's no way I'd pay $40,000 for that dump. But maybe I'm just lazy. :)

  • How the hell does he get all that stuff in there?!

  • Hoarders:Buried Alive

  • GOD DAMN and i actually thought my house was dirty. in comparison to this my house looks like a perectionist. my house just has a lot of boxes stacked up and it takes a lot of room, but this house has 100 times more stuff than mine and mine at least is much better organised.

  • dam i thought my house was bad

  • I thought of Ke$ha as you walked through that place.

  • yeah i agree.. throw away the garbage, put stuff on ebay and cragis list that u dont wnat. Youd be amazed what ppl will buy that u dont want.. congrats on the house dude and best of luck with it !

  • Hey you going to post the finished product?

  • Just wanted to comment on your video, I REALLY liked it and I wish you great success with this video!

  • you could break your neck walkin in there!

  • How nice of you to help the owner out of foreclosure and to make a profit off their short comings. You have a special house that you will be living in for eternity. It has a very warm climate, outstanding neighbors and the view is hot as hell.

  • @67bandit67 Why would I go to hell for buying a house that is in foreclosure? This house was a complete dump and the owner was not able to sell it (NO ONE WANTED TO BUY IT IN THE CURRENT CONDITION). I gave this guy a good amount of money. I think he walked away with something like $15,000 This allowed him to move, and pay for living expenses for some time. Had I not bought this house the bank would have taken it and the owner would have gotten $0. He would have been kicked to the curb.

  • @Pslreale Congrats man, I do the exact same thing! 67Bandit67 is obviously someone who couldn't afford to pay for his house and was foreclosed. Obviously someone who was lazy enough to let his house get like that is too lazy to have a job. You should post the finished house, let me know.

  • @67bandit67 burn it

  • Respond to this video... i woulda paid 5k for it

  • @67bandit67 Don't be a fucking idiot

  • @67bandit67 Your pathetic. I hope the owner is out on the street since he was too lazy to even clean his house...

  • @67bandit67 seriously? your going to make this comment? this poor man is taking on the task of cleaning this POS house and your ridiculing him for making a small profit? try putting yourself in his shoes, wouldn't you expected some compensation if you had to clean this house? as far as I'm concerned the previous owner should never be allowed to own a home ever again.

  • @speediee The house was not for sale. It was in foreclosure. I knocked on the door & offered to help the homeowner out of the foreclosure.

  • You bought it for Fouty thousand dollars??? I'd only pay 20$

  • @SilverSoulz16 Ya..But I made a ton of money on that deal..:)

  • its very smart like. i mean spend a few weeks cleaning it and doing it up etc. Very good money to be made just a bit of hard work like..

  • So THIS is where germs are born!

  • @JDCoolMan21 TRUE! :)

  • what do you know this looks like my boyfriends sisters house we cleaned today.

  • messi guy inthere?

  • you havnt seen grimefighters

the walls are covered with shit there are dead mice all over the place and about 2 feet full of rubbish on her carpet

(over 4 tonnes of rubbish in her home)

  • They left without taking any of their stuff? I can see this is a house of a hoarder, were they hospitalised?

This house doesn't look that bad, scoop up all the mess and give it a good clean.

  • its just paper and books

  • I bet the stinch was horrible!!!

  • I would have loved to help you clean it! I'm glad you bought it. I hope it cleaned up nice for you and that you were rewarded for your efforts.

  • its not worth that amount

  • sheeet i hope when you cleaned out all that garbage that you died find the previous owners mummified remains.

i wouldn't be suprised if you did.

a classic case of OCD hording.

  • wish i found that home! id pay some maids to get all that shit outta their, replace the destroyed carpets (assuming), and make some minor upgrades.... how much did you make, and did you go 50/50 with the Private investor?

  • call clean house. they'll sell all that crap in there and make that house a dream house. Its on the channel "style". check it out and see if they can help.

  • You were probably able to gain a good profit from that house. To be honest its a nice find. I heard that its good to buy a house that needs some cheap work done.

  • HA STUART FLORIDA? wow how could anyone ever make that mess?

  • holy shit!... so how much did the house sell for?

  • I think it's really cool that you had vision to buy this! Can we please see the cleaned up version?

  • I didn't video the after..SORRY..I think that I have some pics. If I can dig them up I'll post them..:)

  • yeah, im kinda curious too :)

  • (for it's cleaned upp version) :)

  • Who would want to live in that ??

  • Apparently that guy..:)

  • So what happened? Been a year, assume the place has been sold.

  • The people moved out and left all their stuff? It looks like a nice house. If if can hold all that stuff. Well I hope it was worth it.

  • sell shit on Craig's List.. make a fortune.. that house must have tons of sellable crap!

  • Ya.. this guy had tons of collectible stuff. I ended up just giving it to a friend that is into that kind of thing.

  • @littnguy That was my immediate thought. And it must stink to high heaven.

  • i seen things worse than that, there used 2 be 2 fat people that lived in the house next 2 me, when they left it smelt like shit and you couldnt walk in it

  • WTF!!! should put 10 gallons benziino there!!shit hole

  • Looks like he was a hoarder. Probably why it didn't have that *filth* essence and seemed to be just piles of stuff. You so lucked out. Other buyers were scared away and beneath all the paper and boxes is a really nice house.

I could be desensitized after watching Nightmare Rental.

  • Ya..actually there was a HORRIFIC smell in the house. and I think that he had urinated on the carpets...other than that..not a bad house though..:)

  • @fuzzybluelogic Totally correct. Everyone was terrified of this house..:)

  • Watch out...it will swallow you up!

  • you look like enrique

  • no way... he look more like Eric Nies from the Real World/The Grind(MTv)!

  • uhh..not really..:)

  • i thought my house was bad but DAMM

  • wow i would leave to see how it looks once you cleaned it up, must have taken forever!

  • Thats a shit load of shit!!!

    Are you still at it??

  • how could anyone live like that? SICK!! these people live in such filth they can't even pack their shit to move. how does anyone accumulate that much garbage? gross!!!

  • Throw in about 40 gallons of cat urine, and you've got my daughter's house. Disgusting.

  • classic..

  • Did you use private investors to get the 40,000 to buy the house?

  • Yes...I was going to use "Hard Money", but I found an investor that wanted to put up all of the cash for the deal.

  • may the force be with you pal! that's truely nasty shit right there!

  • dude, the house i looked at before i bought my current one was a foreclosure. it was a standard mid 50s to early 60s cape. the bank foreclosed in 1998 i looked at it in 2000... there was food in the refrigerator. food on dinner plates on the kitchen table. the basement had 5 inches of standing water in it. there was roach droppings, mouse droppings EVERYWHERE. every room was filled with just as much crap as the one in the video. the city condemned it 6 mos after i bought my current house.

  • haha..you probably could've picked it up dirt cheap..:) Banks don't like to hang on to condemned houses!

  • haha yeah probably. god knows what was living under all the junk tho. how did the rehab go on the house in the video?

  • That is fin nasty!!! I have seen some dirty homes before but they pale in comparison. How can anyone LIVE in filth like that??? Nasty pigs!

  • Ya...I really regret not getting the homeowner on video. He was quite the character...:]

  • I kid you not- I've seen worse. I've been in two properties that had about the same amount of crap, but of a much nastier/riper quality. So, what's your expected return? I know you said 40/130, but what is the your time frame and estimated clean up? Looks like a pretty sweet deal as it looks like the house is in excellent condition for one so filled with crap! Great job!

  • Holy shit...
