He claims to have a PhD, and yet he doesn't know the letters of the bases... For the record the bases are lettered A (Adenine), which can only bond to T (Thymine) due to the hydrogen-bonding network, and the other bases are C (Cytosine), which can only bond to G (Guanine)... If he isn't aware of such basic science, it really is a mystery what he taught in science class for 15 years, when he would fail it himself. More creationist stupidity. Don't drop the soap 'Doc'!!
I always laugh at creationists when they accuse scientists and science teachers of promoting "propaganda." In reality, biological evolution is part of professional science. Literally hundreds of research articles are published in the professionall science literature (in various fields of biology, and paleontology) every year. Creationism, on the other hand, doesn't even exist in professional science. So in fact, it is creationists generating and promoting propaganda, because it's all they have.
cleansedchristian, are you saying scientific theories just make themselves, and scientists have nothing to do with it? You need to think clearly here.
Also, the scientific theory is actually quite brilliant, and very detailed. It is my experience that creationists call it "stupid" because (1) they are ignorant about the relevant science, and/or (2) they are incompetent in regard to their lack of capability to comprehend the relevant science. It's the ignorance and incompetence that's stupid.
In fact, it is Hovind who is missing the entire point. It is the *DNA* that is signifant, because it is the DNA that results in biological function and morphology. The chromosomes are the "packages" of the DNA.
And there he goes with another silly red herring analogy. Books are not biological organisms that propagate through genetic heridity.
why dont they publish his evidences is skeptic magazines or science related magazines ?
