The way I look at is that Gods word is Gods word. It dont matter how you recieve it! All I remember from the Bible is that we should make a joyful noise onto the Lord with songs and music and to do it with reverence to God. I don't remember God saying specifically how we should sing. Doesn't all styles of music and singing come from the world? We christians take that music and use it to glorify God instead of the world. That is the difference.

You must have been offended by something I said or else you wouldn't be judging my knowledge/personal relationship with God when you don't know me at all. Just another sad testimony to the fact that the Christian music market depends completely on the secular industry for their sound (no creativity) and that black urban music is suffering from a complete lack of creativity and originality (trendiness). The soul of black music is dead. tbursee the sad thing is that you have missed the whole point of this song. They ask you you WHAT IS IT YOU THINK YOU SEE? You my misled friend are doing exactly what the r singing about. What u don't know is when they get home and get behind closed doors they r on their knee thanking God for all his blessings. Check ur self. Just because chrisitains have a lil money and dress nice they're bragging.

The spirit of jealousy? Really? They play this junk in the club . No gospel artist can do that and say they are gospel. Real gospel saves souls, heals and delivers, not brags about 0's in your checking account.

Dude, are for real?! Did you know that The Clark Sisters first big hit "You brought the Sunshine" was played in the club? That is how a lot of people came to know who Jesus was. If this is played in the club, bless be our God! Somebody will want to know our Jesus.

@GsShay, my thoughts exactley. God is present everywhere. I flet God's presence this morning listening to B.E.T.'s gospel show this morning. I was so touched that I cried. God is real & oh so wonderful. I need God every day, all the day long. Praise Him! He's so patient. Blessings to you.

I have to admitt before i became a christian i didnt even no this song i heard it at a church that my mother go to i didnt even no mary mary sing this song untill 2 weeks ago.all christians should try to bring in all the young people.

My perception of the song is that you might be successful but know it is through nothing you've done but what GOD is doing in you so you have your opinion but other people have a right to their opinion. I don't think that it is fair of you to try to judge people. You shouldn't call them whores. If someone called you a nasty name you wouldn't like it very much.

the non belivers are the ones on the microphone. The bible says the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, so you turn aside to junk like this . These women are just bragging on material things. Where is the message of salvation, deliverance , repentance. Peter said silver and gold have I none, but such as I have I give unto thee. No one in the bible bragged on material junk like these whores are doing. It's the god of this world in me.

Seriously what has this world come to. These are women of God, end of subject. Everyone is trying to prove something over nothing. I guess all I can do is pray for you guys that you will see what music they are bringing to us. Listen to the whole cd please. Listen to all of their past cd's, truly work of art and work of God.
