  • Actually the drive is more like six hours from Dar es Salaam - 4 hours to Mikumi and then between 90 mins to 2 hours, depending on weather and state of the final 25km of dirt graded road to the NP gate. Drive is pretty cool though as you pass Mikumi NP so you get a bit of a game drive on the way. Buses run from ubungo in DSM, or there is the TAZARA train - great way to travel but you can't rely on its timetable or ticket availability. For help ask me at Hondo Hondo Udzungwa Forest Camp :D

  • very easy, road is tarmac, you can drive there for 4 hours, there are regional buses, towards that direction, and i am sure they can drop you off near the place. There nice lodge called "Udzungwa Falls Dipa Lodge", they can pick you up from the nearest place...good luck, i am sure you would enjoy it if you like nature

  • Nice video. Is it easy to sort out travel to Udzungwa from Dar?

  • Donderdag vragen en een dag later staat er nieuw materiaal online, wat een service! Mooie beelden trouwens!
