Cool, I enjoy bringing points of ego out into the open and exposing it, talking about it, so that it can no longer exist hidden inside as anxiety and backchat because the anxiety is actually fear of that point of ego being revealed. This is the cool thing about vlogging
Very cool - you are not alone within this point, I have experienced this as well - and still have to push myself to stop looking for the 'validation' that I am 'doing it right'. Finding self trust within myself to express what I can when I can how I can without 'needing' something in return. Unconditional expression.
@dymoo1 thanks for the support. You should understand that we as destonians are walking our own individual process and your response is a wonderful example of someone who fears to do what we are doing. I suggest for you to investigate why you feel the need to project your ego on those who are standing up and talking self-responsibility.
Matti's video definitely sums up the entire process that goes with this - it's a poitn to walk through and stop as self wherein everything I do/ publish is for self-support, regardless of 'how' it is received by others - if it is self-supportive it can be lived and applied by others that can find it supportive, just like making this video and then seeing how you can support yourself through writing the process of self correction: how are you going to stop this reaction within yourself.
yeah cool Vlog! I remember Matti did a video about this as well. I think most of us, if not all, have such reactions at time come up within us. And the first step to stopping it, is recognizing it :) And then further not let those feelings control you. Even when they come up, that does not mean they have to control us.
