@Breyerowner01 In order to evolve Porygon into Porygon 2, you need to give it Up -Grade (or some item like that) and then trade it. The only reason porygon evolved in this video is that it was from a hacked game where they could evolve at a certain level or with a stone. The name of this hack is Shiny Gold.
