Funny that you mention Sissel from the 1986 ESC, she song the city anthem of Bergen after the competition was finished. To my opinion, the 16-years old Sissel was the best singer in that show!

The lokal Norwegian language of Vestlandet (with Bergen) is much alike Swedish.

Sissel is on YT with the second verse of this song.

The text is by the Swedish poet Lina Sandell. The tune is a Scandinavian folk tune, also used in a Danish psalm about year 1600.
