know its a bit late, but 360 drift cars do not work on digital tracks whatsoever, they only work if they have a digital chip, you can tell if they have one by seeing a small clear bulb on the bottom of the car just underneath the guide, if there isn't one there but you can see a rectangle slightly higher than half way up the car (under neath the car) then you can buy scalextric digital easy fit plugs for about 10 pounds, hope that helped!
