  • Got to say that I can imagine Ruth Ellis and David Blakely in The Little Club tearing up the dance floor back in the day. I mean that respectfully.

  • Bill haley was an influence in the U.K as early as 1953 !!

  • Cool stuff, have you anything with a virtually un remembered British jazz / Early rock 'n' roll singer Johnny Grant. Toured with The Kirchin Band and then with Tony Crombie band?

  • Thanks for posting this swinging version of what, I believe, was the first Top 40 white rock 'n' roll hit, by Bill Haley and His Comets in 1953. Interesting how several of the early rock hits borrowed from "Hey! Ba-Ba Re-Bop" from 1946.

  • Thanks for sharing. Bill Haley & His Comets are favorites of mine and this cover is quite good. In 2003 I had the pleasure of seeing The Original Comets (the 1952-55 line-up) and "Crazy Man, Crazy" was one of the songs they performed.

  • i like it much, is a pretty nice one. swingin`rockin`Ted Heath, Lita Roza at its best ,your footage `s genial ! thanks for posting, 5 stars !

  • A sincere thank you from a Ted Heath fan of over 60 years, and Lita Roza my first love. Both much loved and sadly missed

  • I love all your posts of Ted Heath and Lita Roza, this is great and British too !!!

  • Thank you .

  • je n'avais jamais entendu cette version ! c'est vraiment génial, ça swingue terriblement ! wouahh !!
