Its a fake, because thats an old tale of a ghost in the roads in the forrest of Sintra. I have to say you have to understand portuguese very well in order to catch that the dialog is a bit fake, but again its only tiny details. and last, nobody in portugal hitch hikes, specialy in the night. and to finish: even if it was true, it would have already been all over the national news.

Between 5.53 to 5.58 look at the right of the steering wheel on the dash, nothing...camera then zooms in on the road, becomes out of focus, then zooms out again, now at 6.01 on the dash right of the steering wheel, oops a mobile phone...edited and fake

Okay, I saw this also and I've had several tought about it. well for one we won't ever know if this is a legit video collected by the police. But notice throughout the video that the camera footage is normal but as soon as the girl enters the car the equiptment begins to act up...ghosts can interfere with electronics and cause strange things to happen.
