Sorry for avoiding the topic of the video, but Ben's the asshole? It's an asshole move to allow a band to do a shitty remix and put it on his record. I think Ben has the right to be angry, I would be too. That's how i feel anyway.
It isnt really important if ben is an asshole or not...allot of famous people are really all assholes in real life...never meet your heroes youll only be dissapointed very few famous ppl live up to expectation....Ive met Chad and i think the guy is great very freindly and funny as for jeremy ive never met him but i hope to...they are both amazing drummers and sadly there is no better drummer between the two...they have different set up n styles to be considered...there both amazing nuff said.
Jeremy is Breaking Benjamin, Chad is amazing but before BB got big the use to play the Staircase in pittston pa all the time, and Jeremys drum solos n energy is what made there shows
I still like BB now, but I liked them better with Jeremy. He knew the value of space in a drum part, and only went for flashy when it was needed. Chad's drumming on Phobia is rather cluttered. It's better on Dear Agony, though.
Jeremy is clinician/teacher. Chad is just a member of the band.

@patthedrummer85 Jermemy is just more of a straight up solid player. Chad is more of a loose player who has more chops, or at least uses them more in BB. I love both players, but they're just really different too. They composed both new and different things and touches i've never heard in Rock music that much.
I meet Jeremy 4 times a month at his house for lessons in his basement. Believe me he is far far far from an Asshole. Anyone on here talking shit is stupid because i am willing to bet you have never met or talked to him, only listened to some idiot media person. The real ass hole is the singer. If i stopped playing for my kid to be born and was kicked out when trying to return and not getting any money when i was cofounder id be pissed or "an asshole" too. He was being a parent.
@deathstar56693 chad szeliga is my teacher, I know all about how big of an asshole ben really is. I really lost my respect for that guy, I really love your teachers playing as well.

I'd like to see Jeremy drum some of Breaking Benjamin's songs from Phobia or Dear Agony. I prefer Chad because his style is more rapid and bad ass, at least in my opinion :P
Jeremy is a talented drummer too...but he was an asshole. "Had Enough" totally fits him! lol
I like Jeremys style better but chad is good two as far as albums go though their newest one and we are not alone are tied for first followed by saturate and the phobia but all albums are great i love breaking benjamin
@fryeman2005 No it's not. Sure they're not AS heavy as they used to be, but the most likely the producer's (or whoever) fault. Trying to make it sound more Pop-like. The new Breaking Benjamin is still pretty heavy for Rock though.

I think it's so hard to compare the both. Jeremy loves using toms and Chad loves cymbals.....their style is so diff.....If u listen to we are not alone or saturate the drum backing is more of a backing atmosphere track but in phobia and dear agony is more of an entity within the music.
i think that both guys sound great in the band... i prefer jeremy because his timing and groove is so dead on. chad has some cool tricks and some rad chops, but i'm more impressed when the drumming is so fluid and well placed that it becomes the song as opposed to "hey check out my sweet paradiddles and chops!! hey everyone look at me!!" that stuff is cool for clinics but not for well written rock music.
I'm a drummer and just came upon BB, so I'm not biased in any direction, but Chad Szeliga is actually a much better drummer. His syncopations, fills and overall rhythmic sense is really quite good. Jeremy is solid, but Chad is amazing.

Quit comparing Jeremy and Chad. This has nothing to do with Chad. Both are amazing drummers. It's all about preference.

In my opinion, BB went way downhill after Jeremy was replaced. The new album is absolutely terrible.

I think Jeremy had a better technique tbh, but everyone has their own opinion. Chad is also an awesome drummer. Phobia has Chad's best drumming.
