Don't worry! They have the prosecutor from his bomb making trial who says that he is not insane. The insanity defense is rarely ever proven today. Most cases are lost when they use the insanity defense.

In Scott Roeder's case - you can't claim insanity when you are just plain stupid.

As far as the other, I think that is why his lawyer is asking for bail (which he will not get) because I am sure that some of the guys in lockdown are probably intimidating him.

This guy deserves what he's going to get for what he did. Tiller, while probably responsible for thousands of deaths, legally was innocent. That his soul was troubled is evidenced by the fact that he went to church regularly. Maybe this moron answered his own, and Tillers prayers at once. I don't get wrapped up in all the religious crap. Morally both were wrong, but only Roeder commited "murder", because the court doesn't recognize un-born children as people unless it serves their purpose.

Tiller 's courageous acts saved real lives in tragic cases where mothers and/or children could have suffered serious harm or even death if the simple-mind anti-abortionists had had their way.
