@J0shFrazier dude are you kidding? the Pancreas is incredibly important, it releases and regulates insulin, breaks down carbs, and aids in digestion. In summary were you to not have a pancreas you would get diabetes very easily and inevitably, every time you ate carbs you'd gain weight like crazy and your digestive process would take roughly 2.5 times more than what it is now. Oh and you'd be at a higher risk of bloodborne infectikon.
