The spotter definitely should cover the damages on this one. The line-up angle is all wrong from the beginning. Shoulda backed all the way down and taken it more at a Right<---Left angle.
Good point about the front axle not flexing much due the Swaybar Disconnect staying locked.

I was sitting there watching this on the other side of this vehicle. It was a pretty tough call but there were a few factors that attributed to this. The driver didnt have his front sway bar disconnected which is a must for the method of how to drive this part. Take a look at other video's of TJ's sliding along the 'stairs' and you'll get an idea of how it should be done. Either way I feel very sorry for the fellow.....having said that he drove it out of Pritchard Canyon and home......well done
