Everybody has to slow down and smell the roses. Waaaay to much hectic activity. In Spain everybody has a siesta - really good idea. Little snooz at midday makes the afternoon go faster plus you're mentally more aware.
You're very true...As you know, life has a way in not allowing us to slow down...We just need to know that it's time to take a break and have a moment for our selves!
