that is such a sweet story. my daughter loves sports and is very athletic. she's gotten into volleyball since she started high school; she's a junior in high school and wants to play volleyball in college. we think she'll get recruited. she still plays softball during the season and has a lot of fun. thanks for sharing your story.
Watching softball vids tonight really made me miss the sport. :( I played for 14 years, club for a long time, and even got recruited by a couple schools, but decided I didn't want to dedicate my college life to it. Now, as a freshman in college, I really miss it. :( I made varsity as a freshman and was captain for junior and senior year, and now my sis is following in my footsteps. Got to play with her for 2 years and now she is captain as a junior too. :) This vid brought back so many memories.
@Rhyannahadden12 My daughter is 16 now, but this video is when she played 14U softball. The girls always got out on the 1st base or 3rd base line right before a game and put on a show. It was very entertaining and so much fun! You guys should do it, too!!
