Thank you very much! This seems to be a good idea, but I have a question about the herbst itself. Is it even a good idea to do any kind of martial arts with a herbst? I am 13 and have a herbst and am enrolling in an MMA class. Should I wait until I get my herbst off? Thank you sir for your video, and I will use this to make my mouthguard.
