lol it is most defiantly the computer which is running poorly due to the fact that your mac has no gpu, all the video processing is being sent to the cpu which will never run games well unless you have something in the line of one of those new apu's made by amd.

@r2c123 i7 = eats games whole. I5 is standard but will still work fine. My sister has an 11.6 acer I5 laptop . Top notch and rapid when opening and working with applications. very few 11.6 laptop s can do this.

You do know it's an onboard videocard. So it's not the server's fault, it's your MAC. You will probably run Black Ops at like 15 fps, just saying

@PocaWolfenstein7 It's probably a little of both. The lobby I was in was modded so the motion was sped up. That could've been an issue also.

@PocaWolfenstein7 It could also be that the frame rate of the game was much higher than what he was recording at, and the program he used doesn't automatically adjust to the display. So it skips frames and makes it look poor and choppy.

I had this game on my macbook pro 13 " before, downloaded the cracked version from tpb, but I had to use private/cracked servers and of course I got kicked out of every game after a while...so I deleted it...

Unless I'm looking at that differently, the D-pad should be switched with the left analog stick for it to be ps3. Otherwise, great video! CoD 4 is running fine on my 2009 white MacBook and it is lessthan three. I could SWEAR that a $5 Microsoft mouse is 3x better than a magic mouse for this though... COD4 = swagggg

Black Ops lags like 1fps on my MacBook Pro with NVIDIA 330M GT, 4GB RAM and i5 dual core processor. Using BootCamp btw, and Single Player. Black Ops was ported to PC very quickly and badly, and uses a tonne of unneeded power.

This computer is not worth buying. The 2010 version is better because it has better graphics card. New Apple computers graphics card suck unless you're willing to pay couple of hundreds to get an amd graphics card.

@macmaster4848 the method of processing data between the CPU and GPU is different man, ie having just an i7 wont be enough, although ye it helps shitloads.

I have an Intel HD 3000 and NVIDIA GT 330M and I realized that I never had my NVIDIA graphics card enabled and always used the Intel one, and I was able to play games like COD 5, Minecraft etc with no client side lag at all.

@macmaster4848 It does have an i7 processor but if you're willing to pay for it, if not you'll have to stick with an i3 processor and the core 2 duo is not that bad of a processor. I rather choose a mac with a core 2 duo but an nvidia graphics card that have an intel graphics card. My laptop has a intel integrated graphics card and it sucks.
