Your point about consecration, if you read Leviticus 4, no one pays for someone else's consecration, you pay for your own consecration and that is what Paul did in contradiction to what he had preached that we are no longer under the law in Gal 2, 3, 4 and 5. The circumcision is not meant for jews only but for people -male born in Abraham's household Gen 17. Paul preached in Gal 3 that circumcision came through Moses in the wilderness 430 years after God made a promise of the coming Christ to Abraham. However Gen 17:26-27 shows that Abraham did circumcison before Moses was born. Many nations also do circumcision e.g. from Abrahams physical generations apart from Isaac.

Your first point about gentiles being saved without having to circumcise is what I agree and a lot of people would agree with. However, I am not saying that this was Pauls problem at all. If you read Gal Paul said in Chapter 5 that if anybody is circumcised then they have fallen out of grace. He generalised everybody not only gentiles. He preached to jews too, that we are no longer under God's law. The apostles gave letter in Acts 15, they did not ask gentils to circumcise.
