  • At the End he should have jumped up and said: "TIME?"

  • I agree with johnwaedug don't use so much soap next time it.

  • If you use two pairs of vice grips, you dont have to fall all over the tire. You get to keep your butt on the ground and the hecklers cant laugh

  • now slip on all of that bead lube

  • well done mate, but dont put so much soap on next time or youre gonna be outa work in bed with something broken, but respect to ya anyway..that shits hard ..

  • but props for making the vid anyways its mounted thats what matters

  • bro made it way harder then it had to be i can pump out one of those with calcium before my coffee gets cooled down and thats in the knee deep mud on service calls

  • lmao there is a much easier way to mount those

  • i'll take the truck tires. you can do that one.

  • Slipping is part of the process, it's the only way to distribute the correct weight down onto the bead of the tire.

  • We used to do this in the army with nothing but a sledgehammer and a prybar. Talk about work!

  • -wow dude jus give up on tires you were doing some ass backward dumbass way of working youl ooked like a monkey fu@*ing a football lmfao i could have changed that in 3 times in the time it took you to mount that one

  • you should of started with the wheel on top of the tire, its alot easier. Its all the tricks you learn in the tire mounting business that make things easier.

  • Great job brother. I know how much of a bitch this can be. Dont mind the other guys on here that havnt worked on anything bigger than a honda civic.

  • tHats a huggee bi...ch

  • he slipped over funny shit hahaha....!!!

  • This is painful to watch. About time the old dick gave up!

  • i get the feeling this is a dying art ,a long with a lot of other things ,which is a shame !

  • lÕl_ì_sígnêd_up_ãt_fúll_tilt_pökër

    _ûsìng_rêfèrrâl_cödë:_yOu600_ãñd_gót_â_600_dôllar_bõñüs

  • I know solideals are tough as fk....but you're ruining the bead where the vice grips are. after the last bead gets started, use the the mounting bar on the other side of the vice grips so that the bead clears the vice grips, everything will go much smoother and you won't tear the bead that will create a leak later that will require a bead repair or it might create a separation on the side wall and ruin the tire.

  • Good job!!!

  • always dick head saying they could do better

but they never have videos do they lol

    i know your pain dood

  • After many seconds of research and several close looks at the video I have found a way of making it easier... use less soap and buy a brush, (paint the bead and not coat the tyre).

  • That pretty well looks like a pain in the ass. Better you than me.

  • You have to dismount it , it wasn't the right model !!!! ha ha ha ha ha, mannnnn that looks like a pain to mount .

  • i like the part 1:55 it made me jump!

  • in like the part 1:55 it made me jump!

  • slip sliding all over the place, it was embarrasing to watch!

  • Thats how a real man mount a tire son.

  • wouldnt hurt to have a lil more lead in the butt tire is the same size as the guy lol. good job for the wheel being loose. anyone talking shit has never done it alone

  • lol, you fell

  • At 3:09 you hear the sound of that $400 tire getting it's bead cut, nice work.

  • LoL Pain in the ass right?

  • TRY MOUNTING THE SOLIDEALS BACKWARDS LIKE HAVE THE TIRE ON THE GROUND AND PLACE THE RIM ON TOP AND MOUNT IT THAT WAY I FIND ITS SO MUCH EASIER AND SOAP WATER HELPS A BUNCH

  • back yard monky

  • Fucking Solideal tires can be motherfuckers. I remember we had to bring a rim back to our shop and use the boom truck to press the tire onto the rim.

  • if work safe starts to do claims by youtube u guys are fucked

  • Shitty way to make a living!

  • was just waiting for you to hit yourself in face

    Idiots

  • man that looks like a pain

  • Arkansas?

  • False Teeth fail at 2:17

  • @mXpFoxRACING HAHAAH that is his teeth isnt it?

  • I hope your job offers good insurance...just incase

  • wouldnt it be easier to just tackle the fuck outta this thing?

  • clearly tire mounting is more of hobby for wherever this butt fuck shop is. If you can get the second bead in the drop with out stomping it into place as you finish the bite your body weight is more than enough to hold that second bead in place. But why would I expect you hill billy retard to know that, you prefer to cover the tire in oil instead of lube just the bead when mounting. Your clearly retarded or a very green tirelady.

  • WOW, if your taking bites that big on the bead while mounting you don't need the vice grips. What kinda pussies are you? And coating the tire in that lube shit? Try murphy's or aqua lube, save whatever that oil shit was for your boyfriends ass. If it took me a eighth the lent it took you to do that I wouldn't have a job. Wow, just wow.

  • It's easy to stand on the sidelines and throw your 2 cents in. You got a big mouth, I'm sorry to say.

  • " it took me a eighth the lent it took you to do that I wouldn't have a job."

Yeah, speed demon, and you probably would have had the tread pointing the wrong direction when you were done. (Haha, just kidding, idiotchild.)

  • Comment removed

  • what a dumb ass u do this for a living and soaked the tire in oil ever heard ov soap and a brush then u would nt ov fell off twice

  • Comment removed

  • just let him do it till he hurts him self

  • use short spoons on the first bead and more vice grips on the second bead, and if anyone who works with these tires often has never tried MURPHY'S tire and tube mounting compound I'd seriously reccommend it

  • use the shorter spoons on the first bead, and more vice grips on the second bead, and if anyone out there hasn't heard of MURPHY'S tire and tube mounting compound i'd seriously reccommend it. its like snot and its made of vegetable oil but it'll save your back and you'll take less bars to the face lol

  • Solideals ARE beasts to mount.

  • even worse when its cold and the machine is on a building site with mud all round you..

Would have been quicker with 2 spoon levers and a decent bead keeper.

  • 手際わりーな笑

  • That shit makes you old fast.

  • epic comment

  • O_O dont impail your self there buddy O_O

  • at 1:20 he screwed up dont soak the tire till u r almost done

  • i have used a big hammer when i put those big bastards on

  • im actually impressed that went pretty quick considering he almost died 7 times

  • wat a dilldoe!!!

  • Lolz at this guy here "slippery shit" rethink you're occupation bud.

  • FUCKING HELL .. that's an accident waiting to happen

  • nice asshole

  • putting bead sealer on the wheel then spraying spirits on the tire defeats the purpose of the bead sealer. your terrible

  • brother lay the tire on the ground. lay the rim on top of the tire. and mount it that way. alot easier to mount the first bead. i did it that way u did and its hard espicially in the hot sun

  • omg hes shit

  • thats a good idea with the vice grips

  • this is hard as fuck. we had to do this on my dads case 580 backhoe and i've heard him say words i didn't even know existed.

  • what a noob......

  • ok good¡¡

    algo batalloso pero asi es

  • yes, they have machine big.maybe expensiv but it's more easy change tyre, speak whith the dealer of machine tyres and her help you.

  • buy machines to mouting tires

  • im not sure if they make them that big....

  • somebody is gunna fall and get impaled by that crowbar. walking around the shop with a 4 foot bar through the chest

  • ahaahahahahaha

  • your taking to bit of bites too!...i can hear the bead ripping

  • its not ripping its a....... stretching lol

  • yeah those are a bitch to mount especially if there the stff ass 20 ply tires lol

  • lube the bead not the sidewall....maybe not so slippery

  • dang thats a task lol

  • You must fall off those damn tires so many times. I'd have too much fun. I'd put that shit on other peoples tires int he parking lot. And I'd put it on mine see how much fun it is lol.

  • I do all my big tire on the machine with the help of my crane! It is so much eaiser ! I rarely have to use a bead breaker.

  • lubed it up relay good...

  • I tried to mount a set 21.5-16-1 Firestone Field and Turf tires , man what a PIA that was. I used the same method and the demonstration on this video went easy compared to mine.

  • try a 355/55/d625 that is a hard tire

it is on a s65 geenie

  • nice and...uhm...smooth...

  • I paid $40,000 for my backhoe and I wouldn't be happy with you beat'in the paint up on my rims.Every chip and scratch is a place for rust to start. Now some rims are already beat up and maybe the case here as I can't see them real well. But keep the customers stuff looking as good as it did when it came in.

  • Obvious by your comments that you really do not own a backhoe.

  • Next time be easier to leave the rim on the vehicle

  • yeah it would be much easier on the machine, you know that i know that ,but the customer dropped off just the rims , and to address some previous comments by others , the camera is never there for the ones that go perfect and this is an example of when things just arnt going perfect, next day we did the same tires on the same tires on another machine , same rims , and they practically fell on but the batteries where dead or those would be up too

  • yeah na thats cool

  • whats with the multigrips ya made that look a bit to hard

  • I'd spank you and him working together!

  • i'd school you man...you're using too much skid

  • Too much Skid on the first bead, not enough on the second!! I personally like getting the first bead on by starting with the rim on top of the tire.

  • i also like to get the first bead on by starting with the rim on top of the tire it makes for alot less effort

  • spooning the rim in to the tire is the way to do it and also dont spray lube on the parts where u will be standing

this guy is a rookie or he was never taught the right way

  • Ya dude, i remember my rookie mistake with too much lube where you are standing. Falling backwards off a 19.5xL24 is a long ways down!!! lol

  • Me lo parece a mi o esa llanta esta al reves... creo que le hubiera costado la mitad con la llanta al reves...

  • You wanta leave some paint on those rims .. What a hack

  • I meant to say "He makes that look way too hard...

  • He Mase that look way too hard.. I could have done it quicker..

  • hey hey you got some vids up man nice one. they look good dood so i thought i`d return the comments
