well done mate, but dont put so much soap on next time or youre gonna be outa work in bed with something broken, but respect to ya anyway..that shits hard ..
bro made it way harder then it had to be i can pump out one of those with calcium before my coffee gets cooled down and thats in the knee deep mud on service calls
-wow dude jus give up on tires you were doing some ass backward dumbass way of working youl ooked like a monkey fu@*ing a football lmfao i could have changed that in 3 times in the time it took you to mount that one
you should of started with the wheel on top of the tire, its alot easier. Its all the tricks you learn in the tire mounting business that make things easier.
I know solideals are tough as fk....but you're ruining the bead where the vice grips are. after the last bead gets started, use the the mounting bar on the other side of the vice grips so that the bead clears the vice grips, everything will go much smoother and you won't tear the bead that will create a leak later that will require a bead repair or it might create a separation on the side wall and ruin the tire.
After many seconds of research and several close looks at the video I have found a way of making it easier... use less soap and buy a brush, (paint the bead and not coat the tyre).
wouldnt hurt to have a lil more lead in the butt tire is the same size as the guy lol. good job for the wheel being loose. anyone talking shit has never done it alone
TRY MOUNTING THE SOLIDEALS BACKWARDS LIKE HAVE THE TIRE ON THE GROUND AND PLACE THE RIM ON TOP AND MOUNT IT THAT WAY I FIND ITS SO MUCH EASIER AND SOAP WATER HELPS A BUNCH
clearly tire mounting is more of hobby for wherever this butt fuck shop is. If you can get the second bead in the drop with out stomping it into place as you finish the bite your body weight is more than enough to hold that second bead in place. But why would I expect you hill billy retard to know that, you prefer to cover the tire in oil instead of lube just the bead when mounting. Your clearly retarded or a very green tirelady.
WOW, if your taking bites that big on the bead while mounting you don't need the vice grips. What kinda pussies are you? And coating the tire in that lube shit? Try murphy's or aqua lube, save whatever that oil shit was for your boyfriends ass. If it took me a eighth the lent it took you to do that I wouldn't have a job. Wow, just wow.
"if your taking bites that big on the bead while mounting you don't need the vice grips."
Yeah, sure, bright boy. Easy to sit at your keypad & tell someone else how to do it. If you'd a done it without a vice-grip on the rim flange, or other suitable device, you probably would have looked like a dog chasing its tail, trying to get that second bead on, & there'd be some asshole just like yourself-- crowing about how you were doing it all wrong!
use short spoons on the first bead and more vice grips on the second bead, and if anyone who works with these tires often has never tried MURPHY'S tire and tube mounting compound I'd seriously reccommend it
use the shorter spoons on the first bead, and more vice grips on the second bead, and if anyone out there hasn't heard of MURPHY'S tire and tube mounting compound i'd seriously reccommend it. its like snot and its made of vegetable oil but it'll save your back and you'll take less bars to the face lol
brother lay the tire on the ground. lay the rim on top of the tire. and mount it that way. alot easier to mount the first bead. i did it that way u did and its hard espicially in the hot sun
You must fall off those damn tires so many times. I'd have too much fun. I'd put that shit on other peoples tires int he parking lot. And I'd put it on mine see how much fun it is lol.
I tried to mount a set 21.5-16-1 Firestone Field and Turf tires , man what a PIA that was. I used the same method and the demonstration on this video went easy compared to mine.
I paid $40,000 for my backhoe and I wouldn't be happy with you beat'in the paint up on my rims.Every chip and scratch is a place for rust to start. Now some rims are already beat up and maybe the case here as I can't see them real well. But keep the customers stuff looking as good as it did when it came in.
yeah it would be much easier on the machine, you know that i know that ,but the customer dropped off just the rims , and to address some previous comments by others , the camera is never there for the ones that go perfect and this is an example of when things just arnt going perfect, next day we did the same tires on the same tires on another machine , same rims , and they practically fell on but the batteries where dead or those would be up too
At the End he should have jumped up and said: "TIME?"

I agree with johnwaedug don't use so much soap next time it.

If you use two pairs of vice grips, you dont have to fall all over the tire. You get to keep your butt on the ground and the hecklers cant laugh
