@xBKforever that is the camera auto focusing on the foreground/background. if you were going to do this with editing software(using sony vegas like he did) you would create another layer of the same video on top, and mask the part you wanted to be blurred, and ass gaussian blur to the above layer. and i think in adobe after effects there is a Depth of Field effect which would do the same thing.
