I strongly believe you can. You just have to connect it correctly and probably have a program that can use the HDD. Or you may have to reformat it.

buy a transfer cable insted its about 100% easier than taking your hard drive apart.

all you gotta do with a transfer cable is plug it in to the end of your hard drive and then with the usb end plug in to your pc. after open your hard drive with xplorer360 or xport 360 :) see how much easier that is
