That ped looks rather slow!... Remove the cone from the exhaust to de-restrict the pipe then remoce the variator washer and the plate in the variator....

mmm you know that here in italy leovince ZX sucks? it's a very cheap yes noisy, and it doesn't increease much the performances... there are lots of better exhaust for 50cc... like stage 6 pro replica or giannelli shot/reverse or pinasco powersound. but why if he take the ped out of restrict, the ped it doesn't take off well in the road?

Hahaha that thing in the variator U showed isnt a restrictor! - It's a FLAT washer! The speed limiter washer is much bigger and wider and lays STRAIGHT UNDER the drivebelt...

when i derestricted my sr50, i had to compress the clutch when putting the belt back on because it was slipping as the belt wasnt fitting properly - causing it to have next to no power and a burning smell coming from the belt cover, i think thats whats happening to yours, tbh that was shit slow even though it was uphill it shouldnt be that slow.

the spring also dont go in the variator they go in the clutch !!

I hate to disagree with the previous statement that the Scooter was slow because the Engine was Cold??!! I myself have an Aprilia SR50 and it takes off whether its cold or hot. I Suggest Changing the 3 Clutch Springs and or the Main Clutch Spring, Also adjust the Oil Ratio in the Carbeurator, looked like the Scooter was smoking a little too much!!  I mix Gas and Oil manualy on my Scoot with a Ratio of 25:1 (mililiters:Liters)

It is a good idea. I have that LeoVince ZX on my Aerox. Top speed will be about 70km/h (45mph) And the acceleration becomes also much better if you change the rollers and springs. And the reason why the acceleration was so bad at this video was because the engine was cold, mine does that also but when it warms up it works perfectly and doesn't push so much smoke, actually less smoke than with stock exhaust.

@DaBombeeeR taking out the washer decreases acceleration a littlebit, but top speed is much better
