  • Love it!! Sounds great! I'm working on a design that uses PVC pipe for the flue instead of MDF like the Spanish did for Orgue Celra. Should be a blast. Where can I get the MIDI file for this recording?! Sounds great!!!

  • Most improbable! The music coming out of that collection of (albeit lovingly constructed) tubes and wires is just AMAZING! I build organs costing millions of dollars, but for pure fun I've never seen anything better. Pipes made of MDF! Keep it up, man. You're making a lot of people happy!

  • Just out of curiosity, have you ever looked at alternatives to regular pipes. I know that there is at least one organ out there that plays the pipes through water, a "burble organ" so to speak. For example, I've always wondered if it would be possible to tune whoopee cushions or pinched rubber membranes.

  • I am planning something like membranes pipes organ next.

    Thanks for your comment.

  • amazing! thats what i have been wanting to do or see!

  • @AutodidacticPhd Sounds you like wanna build a an organ that actually sounds like a brass instrument being played. :)

  • @CorvetteCoonass That's another idea, though I think traditional pipe organs can do a fair job of that. If I recall, what I was thinking was something more like the way kids will make squealing sounds with a balloon as they let the air out... or something to more closely reflect the way the mammalian voice box produces sound.

  • Awesome!

Seeing this really gives me the feeling "I wanna do this too!" :D

    Amazing.

  • Love it! The MIDI interface makes it very versatile. I may put MIDI on mine sometime in the future.

  • amazing your a real pipeorgan maker //spiderAudio

  • what kind of wood type did you use?.

  • In this organ it was all MDF apart from one piece.

  • Well done! The pipe layout gives Frank Gehry a run for his money :-) Look forward to the finished product.

  • its not tuned so much well if it was it well be a wonderful sound

  • Seeing this come to life was a very impressive experience. This instrument is nothing short of stunning. Bravo!
